- Login to fhit.exercise.com
- Click “Exercises” in the top Navigation panel
- Click “Create New Exercise” in the top right of the page
- Name the Exercise, designate via the check box list on the right side of the page if reps/time/distance is required (can be multiple).
- If you have a video of the exercise click the “Video/Thumbnail tab at the top of page (in the middle of “details” and “plans/routines”
- You can copy and paste the youtube link to video or if you filmed video on your phone/ipad click “upload your own video” and drag and drop the video into the box.
- If you are creating a plan and an exercise needs to be added, in the bottom left corner of the “block” you are working on is a “create new exercise” button. Click the button, fill out Name of the Exercise, designate via the check box list if reps/time/distance is required (can be multiple) and copy/paste the youtube url if applicable.
- Once they are added as an exercise
- They are permanently saved and you can access it by the name you called it
- Be sure to look on the Google sheet “Off-ice Shooting and Stick handling Drills” if you need to find a certain skill drill. (Once you start typing in that drill it will pop up automatically) Then add the number of sets and time or click +Edit Sets button change it how you want. (Reps and Time, or just Reps)
