- Login to fhit.exercise.com
- Click “Plans” in the top Navigation panel
- Click “Create a new plan” in the top right of the page
- Name Program, input days per week, then click “Create Plan” at the bottom of the page.
- From here, you are able to build your program, day by day.
- Click “Create workout” on the specific day you are wanting to work on.
- Choose whether or not you want to allow block programming.
- A lot of the lingo is set for off-ice weights
- Feel free to change “Block 1” to something that is more suitable like “Stickhandling” by CLICKING EDIT

- Insert exercises to build your workout.
- If skill drill is already in the system
- Use “Off-ice Shooting and Stick handling Drills” google sheet to find exercises and where they fall
- Add that name in the document and you will find it
- Then add the number of sets and time or click +Edit Sets button change it how you want. (Reps and Time, or just Reps)
- Also feel free to add Exercise notes about the Drill if you want
- If skill drill is not uploaded check (“How to add Exercise/Skills drill into FHIT APP” google sheet)
- If skill drill is already in the system
- Once finished, you are able to exit the page without hitting any type of “save” button – the app automatically saves for you.
- One the plan is finished, make sure to publish the plan. It is automatically saved as a draft.
- In order to publish the plan, you must go back to the “Plan” tab
- There should be a few options to the right of the plan you just created. The fourth icon with just an arrow is the “Edit Publish Settings” button. Click this.
- Once the next page pops up, you must decide if the plan is available for free or for purchase. If for purchase, put the dollar amount needed in the box provided and click “Publish Plan” at the bottom of the page. If it is free for our members, click the “Groups” tab and add access to all Groups who will have this plan available to them for free, then click “Publish Plan” at the bottom of the page.
- Cloning a Plan and why to do it
- If you already know you want to have the same set up, clone the plan and change the name
- You can then go through and change out the exercises with new ones or keep some of the same ones if they apply
- To change an exercise with another one Click “Swap” and type in the Name of the exercise you want
- Once you do that be sure to change the Reps and Time if need be
- Also the Exercise Description stays the same from the last one exercise, so be sure to change it to make sense for you new exercise
- Once the plan is finished go back up to f. In order to publish the plan, you must go back to the “Plan” tab
