How to find member emails on Gems

Single members email

1. Login to your Gems account
2. Go to FHIT MAP MEGA drop down at the top of the page
   1. Go down to “members” and click
3. Use “Search” on right
   1. Type in the name you are looking for
   2. It takes a little while but it will populate all the names you are looking for
4. In the “email” column their email address will appear

Multiple email addresses 

1. Follow steps 1 and 2 above
2. Using the “advanced search” on the left choose the specifics you are looking for.  More than one can apply
   1. Sort by campus, gender, tier(active product), position, and so on.
   2. Try Active product – Girls college ice. Campus – North-Blaine. Gender – Female
3. Once your list populates you can look through and find the emails you are looking for individually or…
4. You can export your whole list to an excel spreadsheet
   1. At the top of your list there is an “Export to Excel” button, click that
   2. It will take a minute to come up but you will get a save option.  Name the file what you want and save the file
