How to Keep Track of In-Practice Training

Keeping track of in-practice training is important to make sure we fill every hour for every team in the associations we work with. It helps us stay up to date with how many hours are needed as well as the hours we have completed. At the end of the year when every practice is completed we can go back and see when we attended each practice and make sure we went to all of them.

  1. Pull up the “Mega Associations” sheet in your google sheets that was shared with you
    1. If not, reach out to someone that has it
  2. Go to the associations tab on the bottom of the sheet
    1. (Ex. Hudson)
  3. Locate the team in the tab that you selected
    1. (Ex. Peewee A)
  4. Insert the date under the appropriate session
    1.  (Ex. “Session 1”)
  5. Double check to make sure the hour was completed with staff member
    1. Via. (Text, Call, Email)
  6. Check GEMs for feedback from the staff member that attended the session
