    2. Have iPad and MEGA attire
      1. Utilize any props you may need for the session based on theme

  6. First 5-7 min warm the goalies up with specific skating drills that correlate to the “theme”
    1. Use iPad to film the goalies so you can show them some tendencies you see
    2. Communicate/demonstrate with the goalies to lock down the technique
  7. Once the goalies are warmed up progress into your drills with shots
    1. Use iPad to film again
      1. Don’t waste too much time showing the goalies
      2. Show a few details
    2. Communicate/demonstrate with the goalies to help lock down the details of the drill
  8. When the players staff needs the goalies for drills split the goalies up to both ends of the ice or where the player staff needs them
    1. During this 20 mins of the session make sure to film the goalies taking live shots from players
      1. Show the goalies the film of what you recorded while they were in the net
    2. Communicate with the goalies on things you saw during the shooting drills
  9. When the players are meeting with player staff bring the goalies to talk about things you saw so the whole group can learn
  10. The last 20 min of the session is small area game time
    1. During this time you can film the goalies but not expected
    2. Circulate throughout the different areas of where the games are being played to observe the goalies
    3. Once the small area game is complete talk with goalies about specific details you saw they should focus on during the next game
    4. Also, make sure to communicate on how they should switch nets
  11. When session is complete, bring the goalies in one last time before they step off the ice
    1. Talk about the things you worked on
