  1. Emails goalies one week in advance to see if they will be at the orientation
  2. Check GEMs the day of the orientation to see who will be in attendance for those who have signed up
    • Know what goalies will be there!
  3. Review knowledge with ice-times, sessions for specific groups, skills sessions, themes, etc.
  4. Wear MEGA polo or quarter zip with “nice” pants (Khakis, lulu’s, dress pants)
    • No jeans
    • No hats
  5. Get there 1 hour early unless directed by someone else to come earlier to help set up
    • Jerseys
    • Free shirts
    • MEGA, MAP/FHIT apparel
    • Tables chairs
    • CCM Gear
  6. Know everything about the FHIT APP and be able to talk about goalie skills if needed
    • How to download it
    • How to use it
    • How to create an account
  7. Get ready to make face to face connections with new goalies
    • Director of the campus needs to show them around if they haven’t been there and connect with them before they leave
  8. Connect with returning goalies about their season and talk about the training season coming up.
