Our Story

We’ve been sport business owners, volunteers and coaches for over 10 years. After experiencing a period of rapid growth in our business it became clear we needed a way to document our company processes, share the development plans of the players we were training and effectively onboard new coaches so they met our standards quickly. As our own kids entered youth sports we saw the same needs can be found with boards, coaches and volunteers.
